My practice is centered on providing a personalized and tailored therapeutic experience. While I specialize in effective, evidence-based approaches, the specific methods we use will always be adapted to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

Some of my specializations include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Which includes working together to identify and modify the thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to distress. As well as providing you with practical tools for immediate improvement. As well as Psychodynamic Approaches where we can explore deeper, underlying emotional patterns and past experiences to gain insight into how they influence your current feelings and relationships, fostering lasting self-understanding.

I am also highly familiar with and integrate techniques from other modalities when they best serve you including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I have successfully supported clients with a wide variety of presenting problems, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.
